Why are there many homeless and suicidal people around the world? because many people have reached a plateau in life where it seems that
life should be (filled with joy, and happiness), at whatever the portion in life is, (be it a career, job, education, keeping a family intact).
But suddenly everything collapse, (and the positive, turned to negative), and deep despair. Eventually there's no job, everything is gone, and finally homelessness.
It's within this period of great challenge, that (many have committed suicide), and others are contemplating killing themselves.
Some people are also wondering what to do (or where to turn for assistance). They were always independent and cringe at the thought of requesting assistance from family, friends, or other people, (they feel ashamed and embarrassed).
Who among us weren't prude people? We want to work for our portion. Now because of circumstances, (we are now trapped in our situation). Homeless and suicidal , seem like a natural behavior.
One of my encouragement is It's okay to leave your current state or town, and travel to another destination,(it's far better than committing suicide).
Someone in a different location, (like Pacific Garden Mission, Chicago), may assist you to turn your life around in a positive way. You may gain new experience), to help you prepare for a better life for the future.
Do not commit suicide because of the difficult days, and sleepless nights,((sleeping on concrete,or in boxes). There are better days ahead of you.
The harsh, and painful times may be just for a moment longer. Some quit when the journey became rocky, (and when the river of life sweep them downstream), it seems like everlasting hardship
Do not give up,there's hope in this life, when you are homeless and suicidal, and have it planned to kill yourself.
If you are a woman with children living on the streets,or elsewhere, (wondering what to do next). Women and children, are welcome at Pacific Garden Mission.
Separate accommodations are provided with;fully equipped quarters. You will receive support, and even help to pursue your GED, (if you do not have your high school diploma or GED).
Your children will be safe,(well protected as you learn), (you can then decide on which program to join
Any State Welcome
So it doesn't matter where you're living,or what your race is, (or if you're living in a deplorable situation. You can find genuine help.
Perhaps you're a alcoholic, or a drug addict. Were you released from prison? there is hope for you too,(but leave your prison attitude behind, and decide to start a new life.
Perhaps your home was foreclosed, and you have no place to go. Find help at the Mission,(no one will judge you). Everyone needs help, regardless of the situation.
In this tough time, we all need a kind word, (or someone to physically guide us in a clear path to hope and life). Perhaps you have reached the age(where your age is a barrier in your career) You need to transition to a new training or job
But you do not have the resources to make changes now, (you need income to continue your journey). Free help is available..
Below are students who have graduated from the pacific garden mission in 2016. You too can be a recipient of one of theses programs:
1. Alcohol and Drug Program
2. Women and Children program

5. Bible program,(free accommodations and training for one year or more)

Everyone of us have been affected by this economy, even the very rich,(some are affected greatly than others). So cheer up! and find the help you need. Do not become a victim of suicide..because you are homeless and suicidal.
Not having somewhere to live, is not a disease,or a crime, It's a situation. Many respectable hardworking, decent people are out of work and unable to pay their mortgage,(home foreclose and they become instant homeless), staying in shelters.
Go to Pacific Garden Mission. It's also a facility where the UNSHACKLE Program is produced and broadcast live. (All these drama are real life stories)....homeless and suicidal is not an option.....you have hope.
Drug and Alcohol Program
Pacific Garden Mission alcohol and drug program is a free 90 days program. However, after graduation, (most individuals continue on to the bible program).
Although alcohol and drugs can be tedious to overcome,(God has delivered countless people without them experiencing the physical side effects of the withdrawal symptoms).
I have personally witness and communicated with individuals who were once alcoholic and drug addicts,(in addiction for 35 years), but God rescued them.,(without side effects of withdrawal).
Do not allow homeless and suicidal demon lead you down the path to suicide,(when you have hope in this life. The life after suicide is not what you think.
Something good is waiting for you, go and get it! God has a plan for your life). You too can share your deliverance with others. If you are feeling like you want to talk..Call this number 312-492-9410,EX 2152, and ask for the men or women division, and for prayer.
